My work mainly incorporates mixed media and textiles in both 2Dimensional and 3Dimensional form. It is inspired by my interpretation of my surroundings and the atmosphere of what I sense. This can be representational, with a narrative, or focus mainly on the shapes and rhythms of what I see, interpreted in pattern and colour.

My latest work is a return to still life and landscapes, where I am combining fabric with paint, stitched on my old Singer hand sewing machine, using black thread to emulate the drawn line.
