PROCESSES OF RESTORATION

  1. Dismantle previous restoration
  2. Clean
  3. Remodel missing areas of bocage using silicon rubber moulds
  4. Research and remodelled arm
  5. Bond remodelled areas to figurine
  6. Rub back all fills/reconstructed areas with 00 flour paper
  7. Retouch using airbrush/ hand painting
  8. Gilded areas – gold powder applied on gold size.
